We provide individuals over 18 years of age worldwide with the ability to engage in real estate investment, granting access to lucrative rental opportunities and recurring monthly revenue streams. The process of investing in Equito tokens involves just four straightforward steps:

1. Download the Equito App on iOS
2. Complete a swift identity verification process (estimated time: 1 minute)
3. Select the property you wish to invest in
4. Finalize your investment via credit card or bank transfer

Once the property you've invested in is rented out starting from the first month, rental income will be promptly distributed directly through the app. Users have the flexibility to withdraw their rental income at their convenience, with a minimum withdrawal threshold of 2€.

Investors can anticipate two primary forms of returns:

• Rental Income: Anticipated annual returns ranging between 4% and 10%
• Value Appreciation: Expected annual return of 1% to 5%

It is important to note that various factors can influence the profitability potential, such as leverage, property renovations, and market trends within the real estate sector.
